These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the sale of products through the VEGMILK website.

These Terms apply to all orders placed on the VEGMILK website by consumers.

By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

The products available for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of the customer's visit.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible but are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated, and excluding delivery charges.

VEGMILK reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

The customer selects the desired products and confirms the order after reviewing the order details.

An order confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully placed.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Payments are securely processed through:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Online payment solutions

Banking and payment information is never stored by VEGMILK.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 5 to 7 business days
  • International: depending on the destination

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused or only minimally used (once)
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be in perfect condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned.

9. Returns and Refunds

Once the return has been approved and received:

  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

10. Legal Warranties

Products are covered by applicable legal warranties, including:

  • Warranty against hidden defects

11. Liability

VEGMILK cannot be held liable for:

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the seller's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute:

  • The parties will first seek an amicable resolution
  • If no amicable solution can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts
